Job summary

CollPoll is seeking a Program Manager for Digiicampus to drive end-to-end delivery across modules, connecting customer insights with engineering execution and ensuring strong product adoption. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Program Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst roles in SaaS or tech products.
• Proven ability to independently write clear, structured PRDs or functional specs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, or equivalents.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with bias for timely delivery and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: collaborate with Customer Success to capture institution-specific needs and translate into PRDs.
• Coordinate delivery: act as bridge between CS and development, track dependencies, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Release management: write detailed release notes and coordinate marketing communications for roll-out.
• Product health: monitor module adoption, track NPS and usage metrics, and surface insights to teams.
