Think Together, a California nonprofit, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Think Digital division to own discovery, define product direction, and partner with engineering on delivering scalable AI-powered tools for school leaders.

You will work across districts, administrators, and executives, guiding product priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic goals, while collaborating with a centralized design team for consistency.

Qualifications

5+ years working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product designer, engineer, or UX researcher.
Experience conducting UX research and translating user insights into product decisions.
Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences, from district administrators to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

Shape the product's strategic direction by translating signals into priorities and a clear vision.
Drive product discovery and UX research to inform product direction.
Evaluate product performance and engagement to surface insights and guide evolution.
