Responsibilities

Meet with students on a regular basis and oversee student-led chapter structure.
Keep up with chapter registration (EdRising) and management for competitions and conferences.
Develop lesson plans and appropriate technology to stimulate and maximize learning.
Collaborate with other EdRising chapters in the district and University of Iowa Aspiring Educator chapters.
Diagnose student needs and appraise progress.
Maintain professional relationships with staff, parents, students, and administrators.
Ensure a group of students attend the Iowa EdRising competition.
