Job Title: Wire EDM Operator (1st Shift)

Work Environment

The operation includes six departments: EDM, Braze, Grind, a D‑5 area with CNC lathes and mills, Shipping & Receiving, and a Wendt area with specialized Wendt machines. You will primarily work in the EDM department while interacting with adjacent areas as needed. The position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with limited overtime. The environment emphasizes precision work, use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparta, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
