• Create and execute 360 marketing campaigns for shows and festivals across digital, social, and field channels.
• Collaborate with executive producer, marketing leads, artists, managers, and partners.
• Execute cultural campaigns reflecting subcultures and visual aesthetics of Day Trip and Factory 93.
• Leverage artist dynamics to shape campaign narratives around lineup structures and exclusive stage takesovers.
• Develop high-engagement short-form content for reels and TikTok.
• Engage endemic media and niche digital hubs to amplify announcements.
• Manage budgets across projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead internal and external meetings to communicate objectives.
• Analyze week-to-week ticketing, site traffic, social engagement, and ad data; adjust plans.
• Stay ahead of trends to execute forward-thinking campaigns.
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Manage third-party marketing campaigns.
• Recommend process improvements for marketing workflows.
• Report on audience growth and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with in-house design and video teams to develop assets.
• Hire and manage contractors for marketing assets.
