Job summary

Calcium+Company's Editorial Department is seeking an Editorial Supervisor to lead dedicated and secondary brand editors across print and digital tactics, including websites, emails, microsites, print ads, brochures, direct mailers, and conference materials.

You will mentor junior editors, ensure adherence to AMA 10/11 style and FDA labeling considerations, and coordinate launches within the oncology-focused Amino division, guiding major editorial projects and cross-account collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills; quality-control steward for brands
• 5–10 years in healthcare advertising or related field with oncology focus; launch experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of AMA 10/11 style and FDA labeling requirements

Responsibilities

• Edit/proofread on dedicated and secondary brands
• Perform fact checks against reference material for accuracy
• Maintain brand style guides
• Conduct literature searches to support Copy with sourcing/referencing
• Stay updated on FDA regulations affecting the industry and brands
• Provide guidance to ensure quality control processes
• Contribute to estimating and timeline generation for editorial projects
• Support other editors and managers within the department
