EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Medical Editor to oversee medical editing, copyediting, proofreading, and fact checking for pharmaceutical advertising materials and corporate communications. You will lead complex brands and launches while mentoring junior editors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare/pharma editing, strong AMA style knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A self-driven, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
• 5+ years of editing experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Thorough knowledge of AMA style; familiarity with FDA drug promotion.
• Ability to manage rapidly shifting priorities and deadlines in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Edit for language clarity, brand messaging, and AMA style; support reviews with AI tools.
• Fact-check and reference materials across digital and print materials.
• Lead launches and mentor junior team members; represent Editorial in meetings.
• Create and maintain client style guides; onboard new hires.
