Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include seven years of professional or three years with a bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree with two years, or JD/doctorate with one year.
• Typing 35 words per minute required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit written complaints related to OAG duties and consumer issues.
• Research, fact-check, and summarize information from multiple sources.
• Provide prompt verbal information and written responses to complaints and inquiries.
