Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Editorial Experience platform at CNN.

You will define the strategy and requirements for the newsroom’s next-generation work tracking and collaboration system, enabling global scale and cross-team coordination. You will partner with newsroom leaders, engineers, designers, and producers to design core platform capabilities, drive adoption, and measure impact with clear metrics like time-to-publish and content throughput across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with 2+ years on B2B collaboration platforms, workflow tools, or editorial/content production systems at scale.
• Editorial or newsroom workflow experience addressing content production across formats and deadlines.
• Experience in platform and systems thinking, APIs, data models, and CMS with real-time collaboration; able to collaborate with Engineering partners.
• Experience with complex stakeholder management and cross-team coordination; consulting background is a plus.
• Track record of user research and driving platform adoption through strong UX with Design partners.
• Data-driven product management with metrics to inform prioritization and ROI for work-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and iterate on the platform strategy for an editorial work tracking system with real-time collaboration and visibility capabilities.
• Partner with leaders, engineers, designers, and newsroom stakeholders to streamline story production and improve cross-team coordination.
• Design and deliver core platform capabilities that provide visibility into work-in-flight across the organization.
• Drive platform adoption across editorial teams with excellent user experiences, docs, training, and adoption strategies.
• Establish platform success metrics and use data insights to demonstrate business impact.
