Qualifications

• Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word and general online navigation.
• Previous data-entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete order entry and management.
• Review order confirmations.
• Ensure trend and product detail tagging.
• Manage discrepancies and shipping updates.
• Send selling reports to vendors.
• Handle vendor forms and new brand paperwork.
• Coordinate sample requests and tracking.
• Maintain organized filing and records.
• Communicate via email promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed.
