Salary:

Base $115,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

Healthcare Editorial Leadership, Proofreading, Content Strategy

We are a growing, remote healthcare marketing agency producing excellent work for clients in the Biotech, Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical industries. We value our talented staff most!

In This Role You Will:

• Lead and oversee research, writing, editing, and proofreading of content for medical journals and publications used in internal training for sales teams in the Life Sciences.
• Develop and execute creative briefs for content such as sales decks, videos, and e-learning.
• Ensure content meets editorial standards of accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Support editorial and operational leadership.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English or Journalism.
• Significant editorial experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment for clients in healthcare or related life sciences industries.
• Experience in content creation and strategy across various mediums such as eLearning, voice-over, and medical journal production. Portfolio of 5 pieces requested for review.
