Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, editorial, public relations, public affairs, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated editorial leadership as both a strategist and practitioner, with the ability to shape content strategy and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the Firm's editorial vision, strategy, standards, and governance in alignment with business priorities and brand positioning.
• Identify emerging legal, regulatory, industry, and client issues for thought leadership and strategic campaigns.
• Lead editorial planning, content calendars, and publication schedules to ensure coordinated communications across the Firm.
• Oversee the Firm's content portfolio, evaluate performance, identify gaps, and align editorial investment with strategic priorities.
• Establish and enforce editorial standards, tone, and governance across all market-facing content.
• Monitor developments in AI, search, and content discovery to keep content visible and effective across channels.
