Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Content Strategy & Production Manager to lead the firm’s editorial strategy and production within the Integrated Content Marketing Team. You will transform complex legal concepts into market-facing content, while supervising writers, editors, and designers to deliver high-quality materials.

You’ll collaborate with the AD and Messaging teams, drive thought leadership, and optimize content workflows from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or business development, preferably within an integrated content function.
• Experience writing content for evolving search landscape (e.g., AEO, GEO).
• Experience drafting content strategies, developing multimedia content, and managing content production.
• Experience supervising writers, editors, videographers, designers; manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy using insights and trends.
• Create content for practice groups and thought leadership.
• Measure performance across editorial, digital and video platforms.
• Conceive and produce multimedia storytelling (articles, blog posts, video, infographics).
• Oversee production with internal/external writers and editors.
