ACL Digital is seeking a Content Planner for the WSJ Media Partnership to own the editorial calendar and the publication pipeline. This role coordinates across teams to schedule 30 thought leadership pieces monthly, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with SteerCo objectives.

You will manage approvals, track progress from design to publication, and optimize the calendar to respond to market events and publication windows, working remotely with proximity to Client offices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
• Project management training and practical application.
• PMP certification strongly preferred

Mansioni

• Own the WSJ editorial calendar: decide articles, timing, and verticals.
• Manage end-to-end approval: edits, SCORE, stakeholder approvals, publishing readiness.
• Maintain a content pipeline for ~30 publication-ready pieces monthly.
• Align schedule with SteerCo themes, audience priorities, and major events.
• Coordinate with Global, sector, and Service Line teams for major content.
• Track coverage across portfolio and map content to themes.
• Identify gaps and follow up with SteerCo contacts to create new content.
• Map content to format and channel; coordinate with Creative Services.
• Recommend calendar adjustments based on opportunities and performance insights.
• Prepare agendas and decks for stakeholder meetings
