ACL Digital seeks a Content Planner to own the editorial calendar for a high-volume publishing program, coordinating about 30 thought leadership pieces per month and guiding the end-to-end pipeline to publication.

The role manages the end-to-end approval process, aligns schedules with SteerCo themes, and stays connected with global, sector and service line teams to ensure publication readiness.

• Oversees editorial calendar and publishing pipeline.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder approvals.
• PM processes for end-to-end content lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Own the WSJ editorial calendar, including articles and verticale placement.
• Manage end-to-end approval process across design and copy edits and SCORE approvals.
• Maintain the content pipeline to support ~30 publication-ready pieces monthly.
• Align publication schedule with SteerCo themes, priorities, and market events.
• Collaborate with Global, sector, and Service Line teams to promote major content.
• Monitor mapping of content to SteerCo themes and track coverage.
• Identify gaps across themes and coordinates with SteerCo stakeholders to generate new content.
• Map content to format and channel; coordinate with Creative Services as needed.
• Recommend calendar adjustments based on opportunities and performance insights.
• Own agendas and decks for stakeholder meetings.
