Content Creators is seeking a Head of Content to turn raw material from Pairs into finished content weekly: articles, posts, newsletters and video. You will own the content calendar, write and edit, and shape how founder and investor material is presented.

You’ll collaborate with the brand and design team to ensure a strong voice and visual look. Reporting to the co-founders, you will work in a flat organization with direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven weekly content for a branded publication with measurable results.
• High-standard writing in a restrained register.
• Ability to edit short-form video and extract stories from transcripts.

Responsabilités

• Own the content calendar and decide what ships each week across channels.
• Write and edit articles, posts and newsletters to publishable standards.
• Manage our interview library, turning clips into quotes and stories.
• Deliver a steady weekly cadence with clear engagement insights.
