Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking an ambitious editor for Healthcare Dive in its Washington, DC office. You will identify, edit and write daily stories and features covering health insurers, hospitals, and health IT, collaborating with a team to produce timely, accurate coverage.

You will work on a beat that explores AI implications, policy shifts, and industry dynamics while helping shape fast‑paced digital storytelling.

Qualifications

• A track record of editing, writing and reporting.
• Proven time management skills, particularly on deadline.
• Ability to deftly edit various types of story formats, including but not limited to breaking news, short‑form briefs and long‑form trend stories.
• A team player who takes joy in workshopping subject lines, headlines, sentence structure and strategy with others.
• An aptitude for analyzing trends, data and issues for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, edit and write daily stories and features that lead our stories on a range of topics.
• Help elevate all types of stories, whether breaking news, briefs or in‑depth analysis.
• Assist in planning and executing big projects.
