Reach builds hyper-local paid newsletters and is expanding its content strategy to grow subscriptions in the US market. The role involves launching pilots from concept to beta, defining workflows across platforms, and hiring/mentoring entrepreneurial journalists to drive growth.

You will optimize conversion and reader retention using data, experiment with podcasts, events, and tiered subscriptions, and collaborate with editorial, product, tech and marketing teams to scale reach.
