Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an eDiscovery Specialist to support its Information Security eDiscovery team. The role manages operational eDiscovery work related to law enforcement requests, data subject requests, legal holds, data preservation, collection, and review.

The candidate should understand the EDRM lifecycle, have practical SQL experience, and independently manage a queue of sensitive requests while maintaining documentation in Jira.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, investigations, legal technology, compliance, privacy operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process data subject requests and collect information from cloud data sources.
• Support legal holds through preservation, collection, processing, search, review, and delivery lifecycle.
• Write, review, and troubleshoot SQL queries to retrieve responsive data.
• Manage assigned requests and matters independently within a queue.
• Track activities, status updates, decisions, and blockers in Jira.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate time-sensitive requests as needed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and other internal teams.
