Latham & Watkins is seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to join the Practice Support Services team. The role oversees all aspects of a Litigation matter, serving as a trusted advisor and primary liaison with case teams, with a hybrid schedule across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, San Diego or Los Angeles (Century City).

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple teams, implementing ESI best practices, documenting client requirements, and managing project plans and budgets while

Qualifications

• Advanced operational skills in legal processes and eDiscovery best practices.
• IT systems architecture knowledge including servers, email, databases, telecom, mobile, cloud storage.
• Expert level knowledge of forensics collection, ESI processing and review technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination across multiple teams ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Collaborate with eDiscovery Attorneys to implement best practices for ESI handling.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for eDiscovery projects.
