Qualifications

• Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows, including data collection, processing, searching, review management, and defensible documentation.
• Knowledge of privilege review, redaction workflows, and electronic privilege logs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Archer & Greiner, PC (“Archer”), one of the region’s leading full-service law firms, is seeking an eDiscovery & Litigation Support Specialist to join our E-Discovery and Data Management Solutions team in our Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Archer has a robust litigation practice handling complex matters in state and federal courts, including environmental and commercial disputes, intellectual property, employment matters, and other sophisticated litigation. We are committed to investing in cutting-edge litigation technology, including AI-enabled platforms, to help determine and deliver the right solution for every client and matter.

Our E-Discovery and Data Management Solutions team sits at the center of that work. Team members partner closely with attorneys and clients on complex matters, contributing both technical expertise and practical judgment throughout the discovery process.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team contributor who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly, manages competing priorities effectively, and navigates modern discovery platforms with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with attorneys, clients, and custodians to collect responsive data, track and reconcile productions, and maintain defensible documentation throughout the discovery lifecycle.
• Support eDiscovery operations end-to-end, including data intake, processing, workspace setup, review organization, search execution, quality control, and production preparation, in accordance with firm protocols.
• As you develop in the role, take on increasing responsibility for hearing and trial support, including preparation of materials, exhibit list management, and courtroom assistance during proceedings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery, in a law firm or litigation support vendor environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading eDiscovery and litigation platforms. Experience with tools such as Nuix Discover, Relativity, Summation, Concordance, or comparable platforms is highly valued.
• Must be familiar with eDiscovery workflows, including data collection, processing, searching, review management, production preparation, and defensible documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of privilege review, redaction workflows, and electronic privilege logs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, custodians, and colleagues.
• Genuine curiosity about the evolution of litigation technology, including AI-assisted review and emerging workflow tools.

Salary and Benefits:

Archer offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
