Job summary

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a law firm with 300 attorneys, is seeking a full-time eDiscovery Support Analyst who can be located in any New York office. The role provides administrative, operational, and technical support for the firm's eDiscovery and data management functions, helping ensure accessibility and defensibility of firm and client data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in an accurate and timely manner
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Firm needs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong typing and transcription experience

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of data rooms
• Monthly disbursement billing
• Preparation of file transfer links for incoming and outgoing data
• Document unitization
• Data intake and maintenance of data logs
• eDiscovery-related tasks for firm departures
• Video redaction
• Website captures
• Archiving data
• Drive cleanup and maintenance
• Assist with eDiscovery platform uploads
• Performs other duties as assigned
