Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Manager, Data Mining & Project Management to lead a team at the forefront of eDiscovery and cyber incident response. You will drive data mining initiatives, mentor professionals, and implement AI-driven tooling to improve client outcomes.

The role demands strong client services and project management skills, with opportunities to manage high-impact projects and contribute to data reduction strategies across complex matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services, eDiscovery Project Management, Technology Assisted Review, or Cyber Incident Response.
• Technically proficient with Relativity and eDiscovery concepts including data culling, keyword searching, and metadata analysis.
• Strong people-management skills and ability to mentor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive world-class service during project initiation, data mining, and case closure.
• Manage a team of project management and data mining professionals.
• Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns or internal quality challenges.
• Build and continuously improve Epiq’s data mining capabilities and processes.
• Personally manage client projects when required and provide mentorship for team development.
