Job summary

Executive Decision LLC seeks a detail-oriented Information Technology Specialist with extensive experience in Litigation Support and eDiscovery within federal environments. You will advise legal teams and ensure seamless integration of technology throughout investigations and litigation.

Duties include data analytics for NSD projects, data governance, and building dashboards in ServiceNow and Power BI to support case teams.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Litigation Support and eDiscovery in federal environments.
Proven ability to provide expert advice and technical assistance to legal teams.
Skilled in database management, ESI processing, and courtroom technology support.
Experience delivering customer support, training, and system security management.

Responsibilities

Perform data analytic services for NSD case and program level data analytics projects.
Provide input and solutions utilizing best practices to assist NSD with technology assisted review.
Contribute to data governance and information management through data analytics maturity.
Develop dashboards in case repositories (Relativity/Everlaw) and Power BI for governance and case review.
Implement information security principles for eDiscovery operations.
Perform Early Data Assessment of ESI and notify leadership of deficiencies.
Create and maintain task documentation and workflow processes.
