Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Specialist II in the eDiscovery department to support an extensive Federal agency initiative. The role emphasizes adherence to ESI specifications, file manipulation, data loading, and quality checks to ensure accurate productions.

The candidate will work with litigation support tools such as Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, and others, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and IT staff to deliver compliant data outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with government IT environments and related office automation tools.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, document review software, and encryption methods.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity, or other document processing platforms.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote is valued.
• At least two years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, QA, and data retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate, load, convert, index, and quality-check data loads.
• Develop and refine methodologies for file handling for litigation support apps.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications for incoming data.
• Export data from databases, verify redactions, and quality-check exports.
• Support attorneys, investigators, and paralegals by managing document review databases and producing documents.
• Assist with document and data management under client guidance and using review tools.
• Coordinate with the Litigation Support Manager to ensure productions meet ESI specs and address deficiencies.
• Collaborate on modifying files for use with COTS products and litigation software.
