Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in data science, computer science, or information science.
• Experience training and enabling users on AI tools in a legal setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eDiscovery department’s AI enablement and adoption workstreams, moving initiatives from concept to scalable solutions for litigation attorneys and business services personnel.
• Serve as primary point of contact to design and implement AI-driven solutions addressing eDiscovery challenges, coordinating testing and rollout with vendors.
• Develop and maintain deep SME knowledge of eDiscovery AI tools, serving as a go-to resource for tool configurations and best practices.
• Track user feedback and adoption metrics, translating insights into practical recommendations for configurations and workflows.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, test new tools, and drive implementation.
• Develop and deliver training materials and enablement resources for end users.
• Collaborate with project managers, knowledge attorneys, IT and vendors on adoption strategies.
