Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an E-Discovery Analytics Advisor to guide case teams on e-discovery technology, with a strong focus on applying generative AI tools—including RelativityOne aiR—to document review, privilege analysis, and case strategy.

In this role you will advise on best uses of AI tools, draft prompts, build QC protocols, and help ensure defensibility of productions, while training attorneys and staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of e-discovery experience advising attorneys on Relativity and related tools.
  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI to document review or privilege workflows, ideally with RelativityOne aiR.
  • Relativity certification preferred; aiR-specific certification a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM limitations (hallucination risk, validation needs).
  • Familiarity with sampling, precision/recall, and confidentiality considerations in AI work.

Responsibilities

  • Advise case teams on effective use of e-discovery technology and generative AI to support case strategy.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on RelativityOne aiR—from use case selection to outcomes.
  • Draft and refine AI prompts and criteria and iterate based on results.
  • Build QC protocols for AI-assisted document review, privilege review, redaction, and production.
  • Design defensibility measures, including sampling plans and accuracy testing, for court inquiries.
  • Support privilege identification, logs, and PI/PHI/CBI detection ahead of production.
  • Manage e-discovery platforms including RelativityOne and Opus 2.
  • Train attorneys on e-discovery tools, prompt drafting, and interpreting AI output.
  • Stay current on AI trends, case law, and industry standards in e-discovery.

What You'll Do
  • Advise case teams on the most effective use of e-discovery technology and generative AI to support case strategy
  • Serve as the go-to expert on RelativityOne aiR (Review, Privilege, Case Strategy, Assist) — from use case selection to expected outcomes
  • Draft and refine AI prompts and criteria (relevance, privilege, confidentiality parameters) and iterate based on results
  • Build QC protocols for AI-assisted document review, privilege review, redaction, and production
  • Design defensibility measures — sampling plans, precision/recall testing, and documentation to support court inquiries
  • Support privilege identification, privilege logs, and PI/PHI/CBI detection ahead of production
  • Manage e-discovery platforms including RelativityOne and Opus 2
  • Train attorneys on e-discovery tools, prompt drafting, and interpreting AI output
  • Stay current on generative AI trends, case law, and industry standards in e-discovery

Location: Midtown NYC — 4 days onsite/week
