Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to train and evaluate AI models as Domain Expert participants. You’ll be invited to join Prolific and get paid to train and evaluate AI models, with a quick test to assess fit.

Researchers pay up to $65/hr per task, tasks generally require about one hour of uninterrupted work, and many are shorter. You can join a global network and work from home with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration.
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and computer access.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
• PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars and rationales to help models learn.
