Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You’ll complete paid tasks that can take about an hour, with compensation up to $65/hr. Successful candidates join as Domain Expert participants and get paid for high-quality work.

You must hold an active nursing license, have recent clinical experience, and have a reliable internet connection and a computer. This is a remote, self-employed role with PayPal payments.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license in good standing
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (self-employed) and use PayPal for payments

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn from errors
