Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Edibles Technician I in Ironton, OH to assist in producing cannabis-infused edible products in a controlled kitchen environment. You will work under Edibles Lead and Supervisor to ensure sanitary, timely preparation and accurate weighing/packaging.

This role supports the Edible Kitchen with SOPs, training, and ongoing process improvements. 40 hours weekly, with evenings/weekends possible; salary is commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a production facility; food experience preferred.
• 1+ year in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Safe serve certification preferred.
• Cannabis edibles experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with a team and maintain urgency.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements.
• Willingness to train on various activities and machines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Edible Technician 2 in producing cannabis infused edible products.
• Prepare edibles in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Verify weights and labeling; ensure proper packaging.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and QA processes.
• Train on machines and SOPs.
• Support sanitation and organization of the kitchen.
