Job summary

Trulieve in Hancock, MD is hiring an Edibles Technician I to support the Edibles Manager in producing cannabis-infused edible products in a sanitary kitchen environment. The role involves following recipes, weighing ingredients, and ensuring labeling and packaging accuracy.

You will work in a GMP-regulated facility, maintain cleanliness, and participate in training on equipment and processes while supporting production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a production facility; food industry experience preferred.
• cgmp environment experience preferred.
• Safe serve certification preferred.
• Experience with cannabis edibles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with a team and maintain urgency.
• Stand for long hours and follow precise recipes.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Measure raw material ingredients for production runs.
• Weigh, pack, label, and ensure proper amounts are put into case packs.
• Unmold gels, chocolates, gummies, troche, etc.
• Prepare all edibles in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and QA processes in facility.
• Train in machinery and process operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
