Curaleaf in Litchfield, IL is seeking a Kitchen Technician to prep, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products in a compliant, fast-paced prep-kitchen. You'll follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely production to deliver high-quality edibles.

The role requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting up to 30 pounds, and adherence to GMP/HACCP and PPE. Shift is Mon-Thu, 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with full-time, non-exempt status, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service is preferred.
• Follows recipes and safety steps to produce quality edibles.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and records as required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Follow recipes and procedures to complete orders with accuracy.
• Keep records to track product quality and comply with state regulations.
• Follow GMP/HACCP and PPE requirements.
• Assist in implementing new processes to improve edibles production.
