Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Production Specialist to support on-site production in our cannabis cultivation facility. You will assist with manufacturing infused edibles, assembling and packing finished goods for distribution, and may help other teams to meet production goals.

The role requires following recipes, operating kitchen equipment safely, and upholding quality and SOPs while complying with state regulations. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented work style.
• Willing to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Able to follow recipe specifications.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Capable of sitting/standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to register with state cannabis commission.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh ingredients according to recipes.
• Safely operate industrial kitchen equipment to mix, melt, pour, and bake.
• Receive and store food items using FIFO methods.
• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Collect samples for quality testing and monitor quality control.
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment and SOP adherence.
• Document product information and labeling in seed-to-sale system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
