East Coast Cannabis in Eliot, Maine, is seeking a motivated Edibles Production Specialist for the Kitchen Team. You will work hands-on to produce cannabis edible products following recipes and SOPs, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role offers training, growth within the manufacturing team, a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, starting pay $17/hour, and a $600 sign-on bonus after 90 days with generous employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and produce cannabis edible products following established recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and portion ingredients to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Maine OCP regulations.
• Assist with inventory organization, ingredient tracking, and production preparation.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and team members to maintain an efficient production schedule.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Maine OCP IIC.

East Coast Cannabis is looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Edibles Production Specialist to join our Kitchen Team in Eliot, Maine. Compensation

• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Higher starting wages may be available for candidates with previous cannabis edibles manufacturing or commercial food production experience, based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do

• Monday-Friday

• No nights or weekends
