Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee production of cannabis infused edible products and manage a kitchen team. You will work with production leadership to schedule output, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Cresco’s formulas and health regulations.

The role emphasizes accurate batch calculations, documentation, and safe, efficient operation in a production-heavy setting. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads and sustain a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience in a field with strict safety policies; food production preferred.
• Understanding recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail in production logs and ingredient lot numbers.

Responsibilities

• Produce infused edibles following Cresco standards and partner formulas.
• Manage kitchen staff and daily production of edibles with commercial machinery.
• Maintain logs, lab test results and required documentation.
• Coordinate ingredient orders and inventory with approved vendors.
• Maintain GMP-compliant production facility and hygiene standards.
