Star Ride Kids Inc. in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an EDI & Outbound Routing Coordinator to manage retail operations and logistics in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of EDI transaction sets, routing guides, and experience coordinating with warehouses to ensure on-time shipping. This is an in-office position in NYC with 5+ years in fashion EDI/routing expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI transaction sets in retail and fashion.
• Minimum 5 years in a fashion company handling EDI and routing.
• Ability to onboard new trading partners and manage routing guides.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming EDI 850/860 orders and transmit outbound 856 ASNs and 810 Invoices.
• Set up styles in UPC catalogs and onboard new trading partners.
• Review customer routing guides, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with warehouse for on-time shipping.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in a fashion company doing EDI/routing

What you’ll do:

• Process incoming EDI 850/860 orders and transmit outbound 856 ASNs and 810 Invoices.
• Set up styles in UPC catalogs/Data Pools and onboard new trading partners.
• Review customer routing guides, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time shipping.
