Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking an EDI / Integration Analyst to maintain trading partner connectivity and ensure accurate translation of EDI documents across ULH customers and partners.

You will own the EDI queue, work with trading partners on onboarding and issue resolution, and support migration toward the Cleo Integration Cloud platform. The role combines hands-on operational duties with growth opportunities toward senior integration engineering as CIC capability expands,

Qualifications

• Must have fundamental understanding of EDI and ANSI X12 transaction sets.
• Ability to troubleshoot systematically and communicate with trading partners.
• Strong documentation and ticketing hygiene.
• Operational mindset with ownership mentality and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI queues and transmission health across trading partners; resolve issues before impact to operations.
• Configure trading partner connectivity and mapping per partner specs.
• Support onboarding end-to-end: setup, testing, cutover, and post-launch monitoring.
• Troubleshoot EDI processes and determine if issues are data, mapping, connectivity, or partner-side.
• Manage EDI tickets through intake, triage, resolution, and documentation.
