Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking an EDI Coordinator to join the ERP Admin team in Saint Louis, MO. You will specialize in EDI implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance with trading partners, while supporting Cleo CIC and IFS Cloud ERP integrations.

You will analyze EDI requirements, configure mappings, and collaborate across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT to optimize processes. This role may require after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ERP experience with medium to large ERP platforms.
• 2+ years EDI experience, including setting up trading partners.
• BS degree preferred but not required.
• Direct experience with EDI Value Added Network (Cleo is a plus).
• Working knowledge of EDI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Familiar with documents such as 850, 860, 855, 856, 810, ORDER, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DESADV, ORDCHG.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, JSON, and flat-file integrations.

Responsibilities

• Setup, testing, and maintenance of EDI maps and trading partnerships.
• Monitor daily reports and errors for transformations and data connections.
• Support onboarding of new trading partners and EDI transactions.
• Work with Cleo CIC and IFS Cloud ERP for integrations.
• Investigate and resolve EDI transmission, mapping, and data validation errors.
• Create and maintain EDI maps, transformation rules, and workflows.
• Document mappings and support procedures; cross-functional collaboration.
• Occasional after-hours support as needed.
