• Process member updates and verify the accuracy and completion of records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve service issues and maintain professional communication.

Summary

The Provider Services/Customer Service Representative supports healthcare and Medicaid providers through telephone, written, and system-based communications. Your role in our mission

What you should expect in this role

• Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Employees participate in a rotating schedule and work the late shift until 5:30 PM approximately once per month.
• This position may require some on-site in PA/Camp Hill for training purposes.
• Ability to multitask, following assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership

The pay range for this position is$38,400.00-$54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
