• Able to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday–Friday; starting shift 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Private work area with no distractions during workday.
• Experience in Health Care and HIPAA privacy rules.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 terminology.

Your role in our mission

• Call Center Experience - Minimum 1 year
• Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
• Must have available to work an 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday
• Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
• Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
• If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working - we will pass on the candidate
• Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology

What we're looking for

What you should expect in this role

Must live in West Virginia

• In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
