A leading healthcare benefits platform is seeking an ETL Developer to join their EDI and ETL team, focusing on healthcare claim data extracts with innovative data solutions. This contract role emphasizes back-end software engineering skills, particularly in C#, SQL, and ETL processes, requiring 5-10+ years of relevant experience and a knowledge of healthcare data.
Our firm has been engaged by a nationally recognized healthcare benefits platform that specializes in delivering data-driven services and custom benefit solutions. They partner with a wide network of payers, employers, and healthcare providers to ensure quality outcomes and improved operational efficiency. The company has built a reputation for innovation, data integration, and client satisfaction, earning accolades in various industry publications and regional tech awards for operational excellence and digital transformation in healthcare services.
Currently, they are looking to bring on an ETL Developer to join their EDI and ETL team. The work will focus on supporting and facilitating healthcare claim data extracts between Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and all data-trading partners. This involves adding new groups to existing feeds or building new file feeds to new vendors, using technologies like C#, SSIS, and SQL Server. The ETL Developers work with proprietary EDI formats, not standard X12 formats, and will primarily deal with CSV, tab-delimited, or flat files. This position is open because the company is implementing a new Claims Adjudication platform, which will require consolidation (and sunsetting) of the legacy platforms currently in use today.
This will initially be a long-term (12 months+) contract position (strong possibility of extensions) that is able to be based remotely anywhere in the US, but will be supporting the US Central time zone.
