We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-directed SQL / ETL Developer with a minimum of 2 years of development experience to contribute to our innovative projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced Continuous Development Agile Environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands on experience of the various AWS Database & ETL services, particularly: S3, Python code, Glue, Lambda, Cloud Formation and other AWS serverless resources.
• Manage ETL process, translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into a data warehouse.
• Refactor existing database models for scalability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data and user-related system errors to ensure data integrity.
• Implement and maintain database code, including stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, and triggers.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure database code meets project requirements.
• Accurately document database code.
• Actively participate in Agile teams, collaborating with team members to review user stories, estimate effort, and contribute to sprint reviews.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience as a SQL / ETL Developer or similar role.
• 2+ years of Python coding experience.
• 1+ years of experience working in a distributed remote technology team (a plus).

Candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, fluent written/spoken English, and be located within +/- 6 hours of US Eastern Standard Time.
