Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven enrollment specialist to manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments across the full lifecycle.

You will work directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses to move submissions from initiation through approval. You’ll translate payer requirements into clear client guidance, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, monitor statuses, and chase pending enrollments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments through healthcare clearinghouses.
• Familiarity with Availity.
• Excellent communication translating payer requirements into client guidance.
• Highly organized managing multiple concurrent requests.
• Healthcare revenue cycle or EDI enrollment experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from submission through approval.
• Guide clients on required forms and setup.
• Serve as primary contact for enrollment-related client questions.
• Coordinate with clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues and delays.
• Monitor enrollment statuses and keep documentation current across systems.
• Chase pending or rejected enrollments and escalate when needed.
• Educate clients on payer requirements and timelines.
• Track evolving payer and clearinghouse requirements.
• Deliver proactive enrollment updates to stakeholders.
• Improve how we manage enrollments as we scale.
