Job summary

Warren Oil is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our West Memphis, AR facility. The role focuses on accurate order processing, inventory awareness, and resolving customer issues, with emphasis on EDI systems and Excel-driven data analysis.

You will support multiple customers, coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and accounting, maintain ERP records, and provide reports to improve service levels. A college degree and 2-4 years CSR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
• Experience with EDI systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Excel formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with detailed order troubleshooting.
• Process customer orders, returns, credits, and shipments accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI errors and discrepancies across departments.
• Analyze customer accounts and sales data to identify issues and trends.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports to support customer service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate openly with the company.
