Job summary

Warren Oil Company is seeking an Inventory Auditor for our West Memphis location. The role requires counting and locating raw and finished goods, and performing multiple cycle counts daily using RF scanners to ensure accuracy across 399 locations.

Experience with JD Edwards and working with inventory systems is essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of JD Edwards experience.
• Familiar with inventory computer systems.
• Broad understanding of production, shipping and inventory.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability stay focused and work independently as well as in part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Audit, count and locate raw and finished goods at locations under the 399 umbrella.
• Conduct MULTIPLE cycle counts daily using RF Scanner on Raw Materials and/or finished goods.
• Notify inventory team of any discrepancies regarding pallet count, pallet tags or RF Smart Barcode labels.
• Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of inventory at all locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
