Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled EDI Analyst/Developer with experience in Trimble TMW Suite to support and enhance our transportation management systems (TMS) through the development and maintenance of EDI integrations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), expertise with TMW's EDI tools, and a solid understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain EDI transactions within the Trimble TMW platform.
• Collaborate with trading partners, carriers, shippers, and internal teams to define EDI requirements and implement solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes; ensure successful data exchange between systems.
• Map and translate EDI documents (204, 210, 214, 990, 997, etc.) to/from internal formats.
• Work closely with the TMW system administrators and business analysts to integrate EDI workflows into broader TMS functionality.
• Maintain EDI documentation including partner configurations, transaction flows, and process diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
