This role serves as a technical liaison between Customer Service, IT, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate data exchange, system integrations, and compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in EDI or related technical role.
• Knowledge of EDI transaction sets, integration concepts, and data exchange.
• Experience with EDI testing, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and system implementations.
• Familiarity with ERP, warehouse, and order management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools proficiency.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, implementation guides, mapping documentation, and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, test, troubleshoot, and support EDI transactions and customer compliance integrations across channels.
