Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support EDI transactions, with a focus on logistics-related X12 documents such as 300, 301, 310, 315, 204, 990, 214, 210, and 856.
  
• Perform EDI data mapping and transformation to ensure seamless integration with internal systems.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transmissions to ensure successful and accurate data exchanges.
  
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve EDI-related issues and ensure timely onboarding of new trading partners.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather EDI requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  
• Maintain availability up to 12:30 PM EST to enable smooth communication and alignment with US-based stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an EDI Analyst.
  
• Strong understanding of ANSI X12 EDI standards, especially in the logistics domain.
  
• Proficiency in EDI data mapping and analysis.
  
• Experience with logistics transaction sets including but not limited to 204, 210, 214, 856, 990, 300, 301, 310, and 315.
  
• Familiarity with IBM Sterling Integrator is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
