Purpose: Delivers complex system and data analysis and implements tools and technology for an organization. Maintains various management systems. Builds, manages, and sustains systems, data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Drives data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Leads cross-departmental and cross-functional team members.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1. Lead analysis on EDI BizOps team. Provides analysis and resolution on 837s, 835s, and 27x transactions. Collaborates with cross-departmental, cross-functional teams, and external partners, TPAs, and vendors to analyze incidents, requests, and inquiries, providing responses. Basic-Intermediate level SQL/T-SQL required.
2. Identify, analyze gaps, and document complex system analyses conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure, and business systems and services.
3. Perform data collection across multiple systems, applications, and business practices. Conduct validation activities for system, application, and business enhancements.
4. Implement new technology, application development, and business services to improve organizational efficiency. Maintain management of systems, processes, procedures, techniques, and tools.
5. Evaluate services and products, assisting the organization in decision-making regarding new systems that meet organizational needs and goals.

Supervisory Responsibility: No direct reports, but expected to guide and mentor less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience in system/technical analysis.
• Knowledge of system or business analysis methods, application development, data architecture, infrastructure, and business systems and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands. Effective communication and positive customer service skills are essential.

• Salary Range: $77,040 - $153,010
• Location: Remote, with consideration for geographic differential
