Job summary

Vertiv, a leader in mission‑critical infrastructure, is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on‑site and remote support for Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units and Battery systems across the Edge market.

You will travel to customer sites, collaborate with technical support, and complete service tasks with safety and accuracy, using company‑provided vehicle, devices, and tools. A strong safety mindset and hands‑on electrical/test equipment experience are required.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET preferred or progress toward.
• High School or Vocational Diploma required.
• 2–4 years military experience in a related technical field or 0–2 years relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned per company policies.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and punctuality in all service activities.
